Shyheim Nwadiei - aka the NEGRO NOMAD, is a neosoul hip hop artist, poet, and storyteller from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Shyheim explores autism, manhood, love, isolation, and spirituality over soulful, layered production music from the perspective of a Middle-American black man.
He first gained recognition with Fire in Little Africa, a Motown Records project honoring the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre. Performing in a mask as he stepped into the spotlight, he wore a mask to navigate visibility while defining his voice. Now unmasked, he fully embraces his solo career proves to be among the best of today’s hip hop stars.
